Card3 Terms of Use

Section 1: Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Legal Agreement

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legal agreement between User (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") and AstroX Network, Inc., doing business as Card3.fun (hereinafter referred to as "Card3" or "we"). These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong") and are globally enforceable.

1.2 User Eligibility

Minimum eligibility requirements to use the Services include:

• Age Requirement: User must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in User's jurisdiction of residence.
• Legal Capacity: User possesses full legal capacity to independently enter into legally binding agreements.
• Sanctions and Restricted Lists: User is not listed on any sanctions or restricted lists, including but not limited to those issued by the United Nations, the Security Council, Hong Kong, or other international or regional authorities.

1.3 Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms under the following circumstances:

• Service Updates: Addition, modification, or removal of service content, features, or models.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with updates to laws, regulations, or policies in Hong Kong or globally.
• Security Needs: To address potential security threats, technical issues, or risk prevention.

Section 2: Description of Services

2.1 Scope of Services

Card3 provides physical and digital card services through the following means:

• Digital Identity and Display: Enabling Users to link NFTs (non-fungible tokens), profile pictures, and social media links to create a personalized digital identity.
• Blockchain Functionality: Supporting interactions with third-party cryptocurrency wallets.
• Enterprise Solutions: Offering physical and branded custom card services to enhance corporate branding and customer loyalty.
• Integration of Online and Offline Features: Including event management, real-time contact exchange, and digital business card functionalities.

2.2 Third-Party Wallet Services

Card3 facilitates interactions with third-party cryptocurrency wallet services by providing display functionalities and integration features within our Services. However, Card3 does not endorse, sponsor, or otherwise approve any third-party wallet providers or their services. The inclusion of third-party wallet functionalities is intended solely to enhance User experience and provide additional options for managing digital assets.

2.3 Points and Rewards Program

Card3 may provide a Points or Rewards Program for eligible Users:

• Points are virtual, promotional tokens used solely for accessing certain discounts, vouchers, or membership benefits.
• Points are neither legal tender nor financial instruments and do not represent any form of real-world monetary value.
• Users may earn Points by performing specific actions announced on the Platform, including account registration, digital business card exchanges, user invitations, and promotional event participation.
• Points can be redeemed for designated rewards or discounts, including partner coupons, membership upgrades, and exclusive benefits.

Section 3: User Obligations

3.1 Permitted Use

Users are permitted to use the Services for:

• Creating and managing digital business cards;
• Networking and professional relationship building;
• Linking legitimate NFTs and digital assets;
• Participating in authorized events and activities;
• Accessing rewards and loyalty programs;
• Connecting with authorized third-party services.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the Services for illegal activities or fraud;
• Impersonating others or providing false information;
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise system security;
• Distributing malware, spam, or harmful content;
• Violating intellectual property rights;
• Manipulating the Points/Rewards system;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations;
• Engaging in market manipulation or unfair practices;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users;
• Using automated systems or bots without authorization.

Section 4: Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Card3 or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

4.1 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Card3 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. This license does not include any right to: resell or make commercial use of the Services, collect and use product listings or descriptions, make derivative use of the Services, or download or copy account information for another party.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Services and deleting your account.
